📢 Manifesto for human-ready technology

Technology should be ubiquitous and invisible, in service of and adapted to the way people naturally think and act. Human-ready technology should be, really, indistinguishable from magic, by avoiding features and components that we have mistakenly accepted as desirable or inevitable:

No expertise: required knowledge comes pre-loaded
No instructions: layman users become proficient at first use
No clicks: instinctive, conversational user interfaces
No editing: pixel-perfect output at first try
No crowds: small teams can do a lot if well supported
No change-management: irresistible new ways of working
No business-case: low investment, obvious return
